Want to be a working recording engineer, record your audiobook, or be a great recording artist?

Do you know what studio owners are looking for? Do you know what is required by Spotify or Audible? Do you know what really matters to fans of your music?

WE OFFER PRACTICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE TO HELP YOU REACH THOSE GOALS!

"In my experience your friends/family, online learning, or the educational system does not give artists and/or authors sufficient skills to create recordings their fans will love nor do they train professionals for the recording studio job market. And they certainly don't do it efficiently and affordably." - Darren Skanson - Owner & Head Engineer, CCM Recording Studios

01

You say "I WILL LEARN ONLINE"

#INPERSONLEARNING

Online courses do not give you enough “hands-on” work to make you valuable or your recordings professional. Interacting with real people and equipment allows you to grow and learn the natural way. We specialize in "in-person" learning.

02

You say "I WILL GO TO COLLEGE & LEARN HOW"

#BROKE

Universities/Tech Schools/Community Colleges are very expensive and bog you down with other requirements; English, math, writing, etc… Nor do they give access to instructors who make real world decisions in the industry. Our staff is from the "real world" so we keep our classes focused and affordable.

03

You say "MY FRIEND/UNCLE/BROTHER/
SISTER CAN HELP ME & TEACH ME"

#REALRECORDINGSTUDIO

When is the last time you asked one of those people to help you? Plus, do they have the gear/experience/ time to help you? At CRS.org, we are a real-world & working recording studio! And we are here to help you achieve your dreams!

What We Offer -
A Real World Approach

At CRS.org, we serve student interests with a more focused "in-person" approach. We serve you by keeping the curriculum “real world” focused with small class sizes and “hands-on” lessons. This approach is the appropriate method  for people who want to learn recording. Our students emerge with real skills they can actually demonstrate making them valuable to recording studio owners/managers or music/ audiobook loving fans.

After you study with CRS.org, students will understand what it takes to be competitive in the industry whether your desire is to be a recording engineer, recording artist, Audible author, mixer, or producer.
